This is a scam After posting my review, I emailed 36monthloans and told them what had happened. They replied, stating that this is not the first they have heard of this Ricky and to let me know they are not lenders. They said he is using their name and that they do not call applicants. So I need to say that the call I received WAS NOT FROM 36MONTHDLOAN, BUT A SCAM CALL. I received a call from a guy named Ricky stating he was a loan manager with this company. Said I was approved for $3000.00 and my payment would be $150.00 a month BUT I had to show I was able to make the payments I needed to let them take $150.00 out of my account. He said it would be returned after it cleared or I could use it as the first payment. I told him that is not legal to ask for payment without depositing the loan first. This is a scam. DO NOT TRUST THEM as they lie about loaning to anyone. They do not try to help, they only want access to your bank account.

So far, so good. The approval came quickly and so did the funds, two days earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. There have been no glitches or hang-ups so far, it's been easy to get the loan. I have to say the interest is high, partly due to our credit rating, partly due to the type of loan, I understand that. Still, it would be nice if after 6 payments were made in full, or even with a little extra, and made on time, if the interest rate would go down more than just on the principal. A little incentive maybe for people to pay and pay on time? Just a suggestion.
