GBWent through the process and found I… Went through the process and found I was preapproved for $4,000 though I did not need but $3,000. Problem was the payments were over $500 for 12 months, More than I could handle and I would eventually pay back over twice what I borrowed. I find that extremely high when they have my car title for collateral. I can go to any on line loan company and do the same without using my car title.

GBCustomer service is not the greatest but the worst Customer service is not the greatest. They left a message saying that they needed further information. When I called back to inquire about the details, the details that were given to me over the phone were total different then what the message left requested. When I asked about it the customer service person only restated what she had said previously. I asked for a supervisor and she stated she was the supervisor for that shift. Needless to say the call continued to go downhill. After getting off the call a email was sent saying Notice of Adverse Action Taken..... meaning everything thing that I uploaded and that I had already been pre approved for, didn't matter. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ( NOT ) I received a Loan elsewhere with no hassle at all - all via online.
