After almost ten years with TBS I have… After almost ten years with TBS I have say that issues are very rare since I keep a very easy way of doing business, by choosing very carefully whom iam doing business with it. But when issue arrives Thomicia Shaver is not the person to speak with to find a solution. Very unprofessional to the point that today 7/12/23 I am still waiting for her feed back when I was finally able to speak with her. People like this Thomicia Shaver gives companies a bad reputation, specially when you're dealing with a long time costumer.

RUN FAR AWAY!!!! Horrible customer service and they send out NOAs to Brokers who aren’t in your agreement. If you request an NOR they will not give you a copy because they send it out per your request one at a time for each broker so if you don’t know a broker has a NOA for you you’re stuck dealing with TBS until they get paid. It’s a web since you’ll always be waiting for them to get paid so they won’t fully release you with a blanket NOR. Then if you don’t do business for while they’ll claim they wasn’t paid so you can’t get a NOR then you’ll be arguing with brokers to pay them when they have been paid. Do not fall into their trap.

To much headache To much headache. TBS has become very difficult to deal with it. For months I've been having problems with them, mainly communication and extremely difficult to get things resolved unless you star giving them bad reviews in social media, that's how they contact you right away just to protect their appearances. They have a good system, I give them that but the moment they make a mistake get ready to spend two days in the phone for something that if they would've had pay attention, It wouldn't be necessary to waste so much precious time.

I'm tired of TBS they need to get the… I'm tired of TBS they need to get the stuff together this is the third time that they deposit me someone else loads into my account . It's creating a mess on my account I shouldn't have to go through these I am the customer. I hope this review help them fix what is going on internally .I'm ready to leave tbs and I won't pay any penalties for leaving or breaking the contract .
