New portal is not user friendly, no way of knowing when you’re actually getting paid and no easy way to submit invoices that you took an advance from. Definitely looking for another factoring company. No way I can handle this new portal it’ll drive me crazy

Un trusted services in remitance This instapay and partner ria are the most terrible remitance center that has been approve by bank negara. We send 1700rm only nov 1 until today Nov 3 has not been send they said processing. I believe that this remitance must be review the contract and agreement and NOT to be renewed. When it is emergency cannot be trusted this instapay and ria remitance. Please don't use this instapay very trouble and not accurate.

Fast and on time payment, easy document submission and very prompt to assist with any questions or concerns. Their web interface is also a great tool for tracking payments. Have worked a lot with Haley and Stephen and they are always very helpful. We greatly recommend them!
