GBVery poor experience As a small business owner we were fortunate to get federal grant money to help get us through this difficult time. That was fantastic but the grant was issued through ZoomGrants and that aspect was far from fantastic. The site was nearly impossible to log in to most of the time. You could literally type in your username and password and go for a jog around the block. By the time you got back your account would just be opening up. So the servers are extremely slow. Also, an issue I had was E-signing a document. After I submitted it I immediately realized I needed to correct an error. There was no way to do this I understand that the traffic volume was large due to a larger number of grants being issued BUT there is no excuse for how pathetically whimpy the current platform is. It feels like the whole thing is running off a single server stuffed in a closet somewhere. Without a doubt this is the worst online experience I have ever dealt with.
