Stay away from this company Not an actual loan company. They are just a broker. Got several local car dealers constantly calling which I absolutely did not want. No communication !!! Skip this place. Not transparent in any way.

when I first bought a car from… when I first bought a car from Carsdirect in 2010 it was a wonderful experience. No hugging , no negotiating no up-selling etc. I was given the address of a dealer to go (after paying $500 deposit) and simply picked up my car. Fast forward 10 years: the site was probably bought by some "car dealer group" which connects you with local dealers followed by endless emails, text and phone calls-another words: back to the old, dreaded ways of car buying process. Don't give them your contacts-just use the site to check the options, colors, specs, invoice pricing, etc of your dream car.

BAIT AND SWITCH this company is a joke - I inquired regarding a refinance - I have received numerous calls regarding my pre-approval to purchase a new car??? this is a total violation of FTC lending rules / and it is highly illegal I tried calling them to ask them to remove me so I can stop the phone calls and the unauthorized inquiries on my credit report i ALSO ASKED FOR CONTACT TO THEIR LEGAL DEPARTMENT- i was sent numerous emails with the same information regarding financing a new car??? this company is in violation of Lending Laws

Unauthorized Credit Inquiries I have not looked for an automobile loan in over 5 years. As of the 17th of September I have NUMEROUS inquires on my credit report. I am disgusted beyond belief and will be looking into legal representation. Horrendous and fraudulent practices indeed!

This service is a joke! I spent a lot of time on carsdirect.com selecting cars and options I wanted. I got really great target prices. However, I received so many calls and emails from dealers asking what I wanted and giving me prices way above what carsdirect.com listed. I called carsdirect.com to complain and ask if they sent these companies the information I gave them. I was told that it was just a referral service and a price to try to negotiate for the cars. They did not give the dealers all the information I had given them. It was just a waste of my time! I could have just called the dealer and requested the internet sales and gotten more information and not wasted all that time.
