Avoid at all cost All they will do is take all of your financial information (including SS number) and then sell your info to car dealers. The car dealers will want massive down payments and offer 30-40 % interest loansharking. Avoid like the plague.

We gave away this new vehicle for the Grand Prize drawing. Your and my Internet Sales person coordinated all of the paperwork with the Dealership accurately and efficiently. This service is a joke! I spent a lot of time on carsdirect.com selecting cars and options I wanted. I got really great target prices. However, I received so many calls and emails from dealers asking what I wanted and giving me prices way above what carsdirect.com listed. I called carsdirect.com to complain and ask if they sent these companies the information I gave them. I was told that it was just a referral service and a price to try to negotiate for the cars. They did not give the dealers all the information I had given them. It was just a waste of my time! I could have just called the dealer and requested the internet sales and gotten more information and not wasted all that time.

Useless Useless. Worthless. Did nothing but send me emails asking if X U Y or Z dealer contacted me. Never got a call or any help but they generated a lead for their affiliate partner who called 2-3 times a day about credit repair
