No showings, fast access to funds (equity) that we further used as a down payment on the new home, and the costs of repairs of our old home were paid off until it got sold. A Smooth process! Moving into our new built home was great and getting a advice from Orchard helped us put 20% downpayment. We did one move and then it took 39 days to sell our old home and we received additional profits. It was a overall smooth experience.

Good Experience As Sellers As sellers, we signed with Orchard with some degree of trepidation, since we had no control over market timing and trends. Initially we were a little put off with how the legal stuff was performed, meaning interviews with listing agent were done remotely. Orchard communication with us was very good and our questions and concerns were addressed. In other words it was obvious that Orchard had done this before. We fully expected to have a wait of several weeks for a buyer to emerge after our listing went live and the sign was in the yard. We actually received a great offer 4 days after listing. We had a smooth trip towards closing, with title company communication always on point and able to answer any questions we might have. Again, all done remotely except for the mobile notary who came to us, on time, to get everything signed and sealed. We are glad we decided on Orchard for our sale. We would recommend them to friends and family.
