Buying and selling with Orchard was so easy! We bought our new home with Orchard's Move First Program and it made it so easy! They fronted us the equity in our existing home to buy the new home. It was an interest free loan. Once we moved out of our house that we were selling, we then listed it with Orchard for sale and sold through them again making it extremely easy without having to worry about keeping the house clean for showings, etc. I would highly recommend Orchard to anybody who wants to avoid the stress of showings, keeping your house clean, and trying to coordinate a move all at one time. Moving ahead of time and getting settled in the new home then selling the old home was perfect. I would do it again. One thing I particularly liked was on Orchard.com, once you sign up, they have a dashboard where you can use the financial calculator that they have and you can plug in the purchase price of your new home and then the sales price of your old home and you can see true numbers so you know whether or not you're buying smart and what you're going to end up netting after you sell your existing home. It was so helpful to know up front what we could afford to buy before selling our existing home to accomplish our goal of having very little mortgage afterwards.

Honest, transparent and convenient! Services were transparent, professional, and honest. The process of buying our new home and selling our old one was very convenient. No showings, fast access to funds (equity) that we further used as a down payment on the new home, and the costs of repairs of our old home were paid off until it got sold. Everybody in Orchard was very responsive any time I had questions. It was a great experience!

Use extreme caution when choosing Orchard! Use extreme caution when choosing Orcard. This company will give you a guaranteed offer. However, this company has no idea what guaranteed means. My "guaranteed" offer was reduced by $20,000 two days sfter accepting their so called guaranteed offer. They made me feel like a sucker. Update: Orchard never said anything about a 5 day due diligence clause. They get you excited about selling, then reduce the guaranteed offer hoping that most will go for their trick. As previously stated, I should have listened to my neighbors' warning. I still feel that Orchard is basically a grift.

Highly Recommend Orchard Orchard did an excellent job. From helping us understand their buy first process, buying our new home, making some improvements to the old home, all the way through selling our old one, they handled everything. Our team was helpful, professional, and knowledgeable.
