Great Time First let me say that this was the second time renting "Water Lovers Paradise" The home is on the Intercoastal waterway. We saw dolphins every day, enjoyed the heated pool, the home was clean, quiet and very close to restaurants. We cannot wait to rent this home again from Belloise Realty, they checked on us to be certain we were satisfied, very professional service and easy to book.

Great leading up to visit Great leading up to visit. House itself and location was great! Big for whole family. Had issues with communication during stay. Pool was cloudy and dirty, things were broken by the time a response was received we just dealt with most of it. Pool resolved. Once they were responsive it was ok.

Accommodating There were a few things that needed to be fixed before we could enter our preferred rental (i.e. water heater) They were very helpful in finding us other accommodations for that short period.

I will say this read the comment I left up above. I will say this. There were just a few things that could use some TLC. The kitchen faucet is loose. The shower could be adjusted a bit for more pressure. Other than that this unit is my all time favorite. I have stayed in other units, but this one was outstanding. Enjoyed my time!

Location was great Location was great. Place was clean. Belloise was informative and responsive. Very pleased with my whole experience with them. Dont hesitate booking with them. Loved my trip to Clearwater beach and the property was a big part of it.
