GBConstructive really first people are… Constructive really first people are struggling to pay rent and my rent goes up than it almost went up to $2600.00 and other problems keep popping up. Most of us renter's pay half the rent than pay the rest of the remainder of the rent upon calling and scheduling payment arrangements and now we are told no more payment arrangements so that leaves us and the other renter's having to break our leases and move out. Are you guys trying to keep people or are you trying to get rid of your renter's. Honestly there was a reason why my neighbor said the house I'm currently renting was not being occupied for a couple of years because the rent was too high. I thought I had a home to stay but now I must take my family elsewhere because I can't afford to pay rent anymore and to get out and break my lease it would cost me $4000.00 so I am stuck with a month to month till April. Be very careful shop around for a more credible Rental Company.

GBI pray it gets better! I have been in the same house for 7 years! Haven Brooks had it first and it was wayyyyy better. I was so pissed and felt like they were just picking on me but after reading these comments- it appears they treat every tenant like trash. It saddens me and I know the day I move out will be a breath of fresh air and a headache. This is so ridiculous. I can’t believe they are getting away with this treatment. Since being in this house- 3 companies have bought it. Maybe God will grant some grace for a fourth to buy it and that company actually care. The problems I am facing- charging me for unexplainable services, too many reps saying different things, rent keeps increasing, they don’t reply back to emails- it is an automatic system. I am pretty sure they copy and paste like they do under our posts. I was contacted by their collections department and after explaining the situation- the rep asked me to send all receipts, emails and he told me he would handle the issue and reverse the late fees. And guess what- it is still accumulating! They charge $15 a month for an admin fee, since my utilities have been in their name- it has been 3xs higher.

GBPredatory. Predatory. This is the word that sums up their business practices. I was approved and then I read the lease. I was terrified. "Without notice" was in every paragraph. They installed smart devices in the home that they monitor. They requested I deposit funds before sending me the lease. A 120% rental increase at the end of the lease: again, without notice. I did not sign the lease and they are sending me harassing emails demanding that I sign it. They're bullies to boot.

GBBOGUS !! applied for a home with this company , and wish i would've read the reviews before wasting my time ... i make 5x's the listed rent and was denied because of "too many phone numbers" on my credit report . that's insane ! but I'm actually glad I didn't get approved sound like I would've hated having to deal with their carelessness and lack of compassion and understanding. luckily I wasn't scammed out of anything but $20

GBI recently had an issue with a work… I recently had an issue with a work order charge and I had a great experience with a lady named Hailee Vanderpool. Without going into the details Hailee solved my issue by getting my opinion of the situation and in a very objective professional manner the issue was resolved in my favor. This would not have happened without the help of Ms. Vanderpool. She restored my faith in honesty and professionalism. Thank you Hailee…. And to Progress …kuddos for having a professional like Ms.Vanderpool on your team. Sincerely, Laura (resident)
