Before I was finished talking, the first representative shouted, "Stop right now". He did not allow me to finish and refused to help by saying, "I have other calls to answer." Matt needs to be trained to communicate and change his attitude or find another job. The second representative refused to let me talk to a Supervisor about my bad experience. I hung the phone up three times and called back to get someone who knows how to communicate with customers/tenants.

Andres actually offered information… Andres actually offered information that wasn’t a direct answer to a question that I had, in other words, he went above and beyond the expectations. I had spoken to someone earlier about the situation and he didn’t offer what Andres did. I also offered him information about a certain property when I told him that the property was open, the doors weren’t locked, there was no lockbox.
