It's nice to have information at your fingertips I like being able to get online whenever I want a.m. or p.m. to get information I need or want. The updates for property management is interesting to read and learning new tips is great.

Need better application forms Overall, I'm impressed with the site. But I think it would make very much sense to design application forms specific to what is needed for each package. For instance, one form for what is needed to process the blue package. The basic application form contains so much more information that was needed for my package - that I felt it was somewhat a violation of the tenant's privacy, given that I don't really want to have all that additional information.

I've had only one time that I needed to speak to a human, and those whom I spoke with were incredibly courteous and helpful. I've passed this resource on to other property owners with full confidence.

Easy tenant screening It was very easy to order a tenant screening report. The staff at AAOA was readily available to help me understand the report and answer all of my questions. I will definitely use AAOA for all my landlord resources and questions.

Super easy to fill out Super easy to fill out! I've not looked at the report yet, so I can't speak to the quality of the data at this point. It was easy to join, cost is reasonable, and filling out the background check documentation online was a breeze!
