He was always so kind and helpful but most of all attentive to our questions and needs, ever so understanding that in the end we chose Aya because of Daniel more than for the apartment itself. We are French and had to find a place in NYC for our 20-year-old daughter, so it was really hard and stressful to make up our minds and take the right decisions. But thankfully, Daniel was here all along the way.

The only time I experienced cleaning service before has been prior to a new tenant is coming into the unit I’m renting. My experience from those situations is that the cleaning is not always done properly or with continuity. Which is why I’m very pleased with the work Ninorka does in our apartment. It smells fresh and clean when she’s done, and the place looks spotless. The continuity she provides with her cleaning service, also makes it easy for me to care for the apartment and keep it clean and hygienic between her cleaning sessions as well. Thank you Ninorka!
