do your homework and research, and go with another company Horrible - this company used to be called Big Apple Living and had to change names due to the unbelievable number of bad reviews. There are no background checks done - if you have the money to pay rent and sec dep, congrats, you have a place to stay. In my last month, they had someone move in to the room next to me with SEVERE mental health issues. very loud during sleeping hours, very disturbed individual. did not feel safe. didnt say anything to aya as i was already due to move out, but nothing would have been done anyway. you do not get to talk to the current roommates before moving, no way to vet who you will live with.

Ninorka chaljud Ninorka chaljud The cleaning service is great. I never had cleaning service earlier, which has been an issue when sharing apartments. The only time I experienced cleaning service before has been prior to a new tenant is coming into the unit I’m renting. My experience from those situations is that the cleaning is not always done properly or with continuity. Which is why I’m very pleased with the work Ninorka does in our apartment. It smells fresh and clean when she’s done, and the place looks spotless. The continuity she provides with her cleaning service, also makes it easy for me to care for the apartment and keep it clean and hygienic between her cleaning sessions as well. Thank you Ninorka!

Extremely Helpful Carmel helped me throughout this entire process of securing an apartment. She helped me search for apartments that met my needs and was incredibly helpful.
