do your homework and research, and go with another company Horrible - this company used to be called Big Apple Living and had to change names due to the unbelievable number of bad reviews. There are no background checks done - if you have the money to pay rent and sec dep, congrats, you have a place to stay. In my last month, they had someone move in to the room next to me with SEVERE mental health issues. very loud during sleeping hours, very disturbed individual. did not feel safe. didnt say anything to aya as i was already due to move out, but nothing would have been done anyway. you do not get to talk to the current roommates before moving, no way to vet who you will live with.

I highly recommend this renting agency I highly recommend this renting agency. Daniel Reyes was in charge of us, and I literally mean in charge. He was always so kind and helpful but most of all attentive to our questions and needs, ever so understanding that in the end we chose Aya because of Daniel more than for the apartment itself. We are French and had to find a place in NYC for our 20-year-old daughter, so it was really hard and stressful to make up our minds and take the right decisions. But thankfully, Daniel was here all along the way.
