Originally, I was going to use my own lease, but I ended up preferring theirs, and the process of revising the lease to my specifications was simple and straightforward. GBGreat services that get results - thanks! After renting our condo out to a friend, we had a vacancy to fill and decided to give RentSavvy a try. Their rental analysis helped us decide on a price that I was comfortable with. They always let me be in control of those types of decisions, but were very responsive online with any questions I had. They helped us figure out what to do regarding short-term vs long-term and furnished vs unfurnished, and in the end, they also helped get the lease signed. Right now, I'm collecting payments from my new tenant via their Stripe integration and it doesn't even cost me anything extra.

While I was traveling they arranged over 5 showings and found me one of the best tenants I've ever had.
