DO NOT trust these people! Their initial offer for my home was low but considered by my family. Then THEY texted me several weeks later and lowered their offer by $10,000. When I replied “lower than last time” their agent replied with a rudely worded text. Especially considering that my family and I are already facing foreclosure. Would NOT recommend them. Their entire approach seems predatory- as if they’re doing us a favor. THEY are the ones who stand to profit upon resale.

Really needed to sell a property,Agreed to buy my house and put down a “deposit” only to withdraw their offer a day after the deposit would be due to me without calling or anything just a sketchy email. BE CAREFUL OF ANYONE NAMED TYLER, GREG OR MATT. They are full of bs and will say anything to get your house under contract so they can assign the contract. They aren’t actual cash buyers just a team of wholesalers trying to make a quick buck. Their sales team then asking me for my social security number filled out on a form with my personal information to send to the title company? Then for you to terminate the contract after I give you my personal information. Sketchy glad I had my lawyer look at everything.

Home Cash Guys is on the level. Matt from Home Cash Guys came to my house within 24 hours after I contacted them. He was completely honest in dealing with me and made a fair offer on the spot. The dealings were straight forward and simple. I would recommend contacting them if you are considering selling your home.

Honesty I was selling my Father’s home and contacted EZHomes and Homecasguys. Although I did not sell to either, honesty goes a long way and I can say Homecashguys were honest and genuine. My recommendation would to make sure you trust the company you are dealing with and my choice if I could have taken the easy route would have been Homecashguys.
