Great Experience I confess that I approached selling my home without a realtor with some trepidation but the experience with Greg and his team put me at ease from start to finish. I was contacted by Greg after leaving an email query on the Homecashguys web site and he explained the goals and the process and helped make sure this was the right way to go for me. I was left with no reservations or regrets at the time of settlement. When Greg said they would be taking care of everything he clearly meant that. Greg, Mike and Carly were always available to answer questions and consistently gave me timely updates on their progress toward settlement. I never had a feeling I was intruding on their time when I communicated with them. Fair price deals, predictable, friendly and trustworthy. Homecashguys are the best home sellers that I have experienced. I bought two properties recently in very desirable areas and am happy with the outcome. There is no bureaucracy involved, the staff are friendly and closing is fast. I strongly recommend homecashguys for any investor who would like to rent or flip properties.

Dissapointed Offer was good but everything up till closing was aggravating and stressful. First you have realtors come into the home without notifying us, they leave the door unlocked that anyone can walk in. Their partner or client urinated in the toilet and didn’t have the decency to flush. I was told HCG was buying the property to fix up and sell, then find out after seeing the realtor cards in my home that it was listed in the MLS to be sold as-is. Even the day before settlement I was still lied too. I would not recommend HCG. Probably should have listen to the reviews, but I thought since I know who the owner is it would be different.

Really needed to sell a property,Agreed to buy my house and put down a “deposit” only to withdraw their offer a day after the deposit would be due to me without calling or anything just a sketchy email. BE CAREFUL OF ANYONE NAMED TYLER, GREG OR MATT. They are full of bs and will say anything to get your house under contract so they can assign the contract. They aren’t actual cash buyers just a team of wholesalers trying to make a quick buck. Their sales team then asking me for my social security number filled out on a form with my personal information to send to the title company? Then for you to terminate the contract after I give you my personal information. Sketchy glad I had my lawyer look at everything.
