Need to vet the landlords Seems like any landlord can use your system and you have no requirements of them. There is apparently no requirement for turnaround time and a landlord can take a couple of weeks after receiving the verification before making a decision. Add to that the cost to the tenant applying and the fact that a paystub or bank statement (unless you're deranged enough to actually enter your bank id and password) is required to be sent in anyway, makes this process completely useless and a waste of time.

Worth it! Switching to Tenantify was the best decision I ever made. No more worrying about fake bank statements or frauds from Tenants. They verify each and everything independently as towhatever is provided by Tenants as ID proofs etc. Great customer service and super fast work delivered !
