The value of the service provided though, wasn't worth the money in my opinion. They essentially got copies of potential tenant's pay stubs, and passed them along. I didn't see a bank statement, calls to the employer or anything of the "verification"-type activity the site claims to provide. Honestly, one could simply ask for a paystub directly and skip the middle man.
