GBStay somewhere else The unit didn't had everything they advertised. We had a damaged ceiling fan, broken TV, broken flatware, scratched bathtub, and a balcony that was like a pond every time it rained. The worst part is that for the last 6 weeks of our stay, the elevator was broken, and the unit was on the 4th floor. We reached out to Landing 5 times, send them pictures, asked for updates, and we didn't get a response. We had to move all our stuff using the elevator on the opposite end of the building (probably 150ft) from the apt. The cherry on the top, the downstairs neighbor kept hitting our floor from below at all times of the day, and sometimes yell at us from her balcony...we were only walking in the apartment. Oh, and we paid approx 2,500 a month. Overall, this was a horrible experience.

GBI’ve been using Landing since 2021 I’ve been using Landing since 2021. The benefits of having fully furnished, clean, and available apartments access across the country has been so valuable to my family. We have used air bnb prior but there is no consistency in that like Landing. Each landing has beautiful furniture, large smart TVs in the living and bedrooms and enough items (linens, pots/pans etc) that u don’t need to haul your own from place to place. We’re currently in Mesa AZ and The manager for this region is very responsive and accommodating. I’ve done the math and it just makes more sense to stay in Landing versus any other platform for contract work or traveling often.
