GBWorst worst experience!! 0/10 Worst worst experience!!! We had our booking getting overbooked by someone else although full payment has been provided along with receiving approval and confirmation emails!! Was not informed till check-in day where we had checked out of our hotel to go directly to our apartment. No compensation whatsoever. Never dealing with Landing again. They have caused extreme inconvenience and showed great unprofessionalism

GBGreat Short-term Landlords Easy to book a monthlong stay in a city I'd never been to. The local manager, April, was very responsive via app and text when I needed assistance with maintenance issues and locating lost packages. When we needed to extend the stay, we unfortunately couldn't keep the same unit but management arranged for us to be able to move our things into another unit.

GBRun away from hello landing. They are a high priced scam. I did a short term rental with hello landing at ReNew Chesterfield. I have opened multiple maintenance requests for my unit. It took a week for them to fix my sink and tub that were clogged and dirty when I moved in. That was week one. Last week my air conditioning went out and has been out for a full week. It normally takes 1-2 days for them to respond and then they let me know it will take 1-2 days to get the issue fixed. I thought because I was paying more I would get “concierge service” as advertised. Instead it is an automated response system. This is worse than any cheap motel that I have stayed at because at least a motel can change your room for you. I will be moving out as soon as I can.

GBI’ve been using Landing since 2021 I’ve been using Landing since 2021. The benefits of having fully furnished, clean, and available apartments access across the country has been so valuable to my family. We have used air bnb prior but there is no consistency in that like Landing. Each landing has beautiful furniture, large smart TVs in the living and bedrooms and enough items (linens, pots/pans etc) that u don’t need to haul your own from place to place. We’re currently in Mesa AZ and The manager for this region is very responsive and accommodating. I’ve done the math and it just makes more sense to stay in Landing versus any other platform for contract work or traveling often.
