Don't waste your time!!!!! I filled out all the forms for a cash offer on Sunday. I immediately received an automated text saying I would hear from someone at a particular number which was incorrect, instead I was contacted by someone named Mark who left me a message and said well don't call me back today I'm getting ready to watch the game, give me a call tomorrow. So I called him the next day and it went to voicemail and he sent me a text saying I don't think you were supposed to call me, you need to talk to Seamus... And he's telling me this after he had already left me a voicemail and had sent me a text saying to contact him the next day!!! So right from the beginning no one knows what the other person is doing! So then I received a call from Seamus and he told me he would get back with me on Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest... It's now Thursday night and I have not heard back from anyone so don't waste your time in even trying to get a cash quote from this company because obviously they don't give a sh!t!!!!!

Great Experience with iBuyer.com The experience with iBuyer.com was great and they are highly recommended. Their team was very professional, helpful and responsive. We had received offers from Offerpad, Opendoors, and a few others. One of them screwed us with massive repair credit even though we had spent nearly $20K on upgrades and repairs, but in the end iBuyer.com came through big for us and worked with us to sell our home to a cash buyer who gave an offer and asked for zero back after home inspection. I think a good thing is that they are not the actual buyer but they link buyers and sellers on their platform.
