10 STARS! What can I say? We needed to sell quickly and reached out to numerous companies. What we find was a bunch of wholesalers giving low ball offers with high pressure scammy pitches. When we found Shamus at iBuyer it was a game changer! We got a reasonable offer for our home and walked away with what we would have gotten through a conventional realtor without the hassle of having to prep and show our home. Fast and easy process. We had a great experience with iBuyer We had a great experience with iBuyer. We had spoken to two realtors about listing our home. Both wanted to list lower than what we felt we could accept because we had pets in the home. I had filled out the information on the iBuyer website as a last ditch effort, but we had essentially given up on the idea of selling and building a new home. The team at iBuyer was able to connect us with Opendoor, who offered $30k more than the realtors suggested we list, so we accepted. We knew up front almost exactly what we would pocket at closing and this did not change. The process was so easy with the help of iBuyer. Don't waste your time!!!!! I filled out all the forms for a cash offer on Sunday. I immediately received an automated text saying I would hear from someone at a particular number which was incorrect, instead I was contacted by someone named Mark who left me a message and said well don't call me back today I'm getting ready to watch the game, give me a call tomorrow. So I called him the next day and it went to voicemail and he sent me a text saying I don't think you were supposed to call me, you need to talk to Seamus... And he's telling me this after he had already left me a voicemail and had sent me a text saying to contact him the next day!!! So right from the beginning no one knows what the other person is doing! So then I received a call from Seamus and he told me he would get back with me on Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest... It's now Thursday night and I have not heard back from anyone so don't waste your time in even trying to get a cash quote from this company because obviously they don't give a sh!t!!!!!
