Anxious but didn’t need to be I was a little anxious when we booked after reading some of the reviews on BBB – but everything went well for our stay and some of the complaints and reviews don’t appear to be about the same company!? We just stayed in Champions Gate over Christmas 2022, travelling from the UK. Booking with Villadirect was easy and we saved about $550 by booking directly with them compared to other websites with the same homes. Payment and the arrival information given was simple to understand and Lisa was very helpful when we called before our arrival. The check-in was easy with the information and directions that they emailed to us and the house was even better than the photos showed (it’s just been upgraded and repainted). We did have one problem with a TV in the house, but someone came out the same day and showed us how to operate the remote currently. We’re recommend them to anyone coming to stay in Orlando.

The experience was great The experience was great. The only problem we encountered was the kitchen sink being clogged however the staff was very prompt at rectifying the issue. The home was beautiful and spacious, however only 3 bedrooms had TV's. I look forward to booking again. Thanks so much!

We booked a villiadiect vacation home… We booked a villiadiect vacation home for our family of 10. a year in advance. When we arrived with found some furniture in disrepair and the dishwasher broken and unusable for the week. in addition the house was advertised as having access to a small water park for the kids and we found this closed. In addition to the hardship of 10 people and no dishwasher on vacation the kids were disappointed about the water park.
