GBThis is the only website I use to find… This is the only website I use to find homes. The listings are very accurate and I get notifications before my realtor. The customer service is also top notch when it comes to setting up an appointment to see homes. Will continue to use this website and recommend to others.

GBserious problem - privacy issues and customer service Update 29 October, 2019: Nothing new - still a customer service failure - still haven't received a reply from Hannah@Estately Update 9 October, 2019: After being notified of the posted response by Hannah@Estately: "Reply from Estately Sep 26, 2019 Thank you for your review. I apologize that no one followed up with you before. I would like the opportunity to follow up with you further. Please feel free to contact me anytime at hannah@estately.(removed) -Hannah, Product Manager at Estately" I emailed her so that should could have the opportunity to follow up with me that she had requested. She hasn't responded to my contact. That makes things worse - feigned interest in customer service that then disappears when the opportunity to actually serve the customer presents itself. If there was a way to downgrade the rating below 1 star... Original Post: I browsed the Estately site and thought that the user interface worked well for me, and I used Estately to schedule a property viewing with an agent. The viewing was fine, as was the agent that Estately sent, but the agent later contacted me and said that he saw the properties that I'd been looking at on Estately and that he was available to show me properties. That surprised me - the agent was able to track my Estately usage! I called Estately and spoke with Jen Johnson about the issue and my privacy concerns - I wanted to opt out of my information being shared with an agent, but she said there wasn't a way for me to do that and she didn't have any information to offer me. Jen said that she'd get in touch with her supervisor Julie Maiuri and that I'd get a call back within 2 business days to address the issue. I never received a call to address/correct the issue, and I don't like that Estately allows agents to access/track people's property interests.

GBSurprising Great Service. . . I just called Estately.com expecting the usual electronic run around and was surprised and pleased to get a LIVE HUMAN on the phone. Not only that, but this person was polite and helpful; I asked that the interior photos of my home be removed from their website, which the agent said she would do. Not one minute later, the photos were removed. I find the access to a living human, the kindness and respectful behavior, and the timely attentiveness to my request ALL to be unusual in this day and age of electronic, impatient and rude responses such a gold mine! It should not be that simple, decent customer service prompts me to write a 4-star review, but it was so refreshing that I wanted to reward Estately.com! THANK YOU Estately. Hope everyone else using your services will have as good an experience.
