GBWonderful Place to Call Home I moved into Ballard Heights Apartments towards the beginning of the year and absolutely love it here. Astara is always so friendly, manages and takes care of the complex so well, and responds/follows up on maintenance issues very quickly. Making a payment for rent is easy, so that is a plus as all the information can be reviewed via the app. Overall, I am very grateful and thankful to have found this place!

GBSince Davis Property Management took… Since Davis Property Management took over the apartment complex has gradually improved. Especially since the current on site managers Victoria and Bobby. I feel that the building security could still use some improvements like a locker for packages or fogging the windows in the entryway so at least people can't see packages in the hall.
