Good management company and onsite manager They are responsive to maintenance requests and the people I've spoken to in the office are very nice. Onsite manager Victoria is an excellent manager who keeps things in good shape.

Some of our properties have not… Some of our properties have not contracted fast enough. After too much thinking, we decided to work with DPM and have never looked back! I like the job that they do. They are quick, effective, and get our units leased faster than I have ever noticed. Excellent team and a great help when I needed it!

Since Davis Property Management took… Since Davis Property Management took over the apartment complex has gradually improved. Especially since the current on site managers Victoria and Bobby. I feel that the building security could still use some improvements like a locker for packages or fogging the windows in the entryway so at least people can't see packages in the hall.
