Company is absolutely horrible Company is absolutely horrible. They do not offer fair prices, and hey are demanding, and don't do enough work for you. For that I could have hired a realtor and at least worked out with someone personally. They nickel and dime you for thousands so it's important to be assertive. Best proactive would be to not use them and put them out of business. Go with a realtor,offerpad doesn't offer this easy worry dree process.

No life without real estate companies Such companies take special position on the market and in the lives of consumers. I believe that we shouldn't underestimate real estate agencies because they do a lot. In my opinion, they help people to move out, to move in, to find appropriate accomodation concerning their needs. It's a great job I guess. This one is the best choice for those who is considering to sell their houses and buy a new one. You can easily apply on the website and you will be provided with the whole information which you need. I think that client support here works on hundred percent and that's why I would recommend it.

Complete waste of time Complete waste of time. Went through the entire process including sending pictures, talking to agent, etc. only to find out that offer pad doesn’t buy houses on more than 3 acres. Would have been simple for them to include that during the initial screening process. I hate having my time wasted.

From start to finish From start to finish, my experience selling my house to Offerpad was amazing. I first met with Kristi Archuleta, who walked through my home and made an offer. She is outstanding! The offer was higher than I expected, and I accepted it. Kristi was available for questions days, nights, and even weekends. The title company for the sale was also great. I dealt with Karla McMillan, and she was knowledgeable and patient with my questions. Ivette Martinez was also outstanding. She answered promptly when I e-mailed or called. My home-selling experience was easy and everyone I dealt with did their best to make it stress-free for me. I highly recommend Offerpad!

Dishonest Company Offerpad claims on their website that they aren’t “flippers”. However, their cash offers are lower than most cash home buyers. They offered me almost $100,000 less than what I bought my home for 2 years ago. The home is only 2 years old and needs no repairs. If Offerpad isn’t a “flipper” then why are offers so low. It’s not for convenience because that’s what the high % fee is for. Just be honest on your website. Don’t give people the impression that you will give them a fair offer on their home.
