I believe that people require presence of such agencies, because they help them to find proper accommodation. Of course, sometimes people can find it without using services, nevertheless as far as I am concerned, the most part of people got used to apply to such companies, because they doverything twice faster and more effective. I also wanted to rent an apartments and applied to this company. As I expected, they have done for me everything very fast and I rented an apartment just within couple of days. Big thanks to this company.

Better communication is a MUST Better communication is a MUST! As one other reviewer noted - they (Offerpad) don't tell you that they don't offer their service for homes over $500K or with acreage. We wasted 2-3 weeks for the lead realtor for our home - who never told us that. I only found this out by checking the reviews after we had expressed an interest and the realtor didn't leave a time or return my messages. I'll never use them or refer them. They may be fine for homes under $300-500 K but beware. There was also no excuse for them not to tell us up-front and waste our time.
