i’ve been renting a home from this… bad business i’ve been renting a home from this company for about one year now they have switch over to this company. That sucks. You can never get in touch with anyone. Utilities billing is always two months behind customer service sucks please do not never rent a home from them. It is all fun and games when you are doing the paperwork but once you are in you are trapped, when it comes to having a situation there is never no one able to talk to never rent from them they will definitely steal your money. You would be on the phone talking to people that don’t know anything about your situation. You would be thinking that the property manager or the leasing manager that you first talk with that you will be in communication with them, but that is not true. They will drop you like his heart and you will not be able to hear from no one else they would act like they do not know you, this company needs to be banded. I am in Georgia. This is the worst ever.

My experience with Amy was truly unmatched! My experience with Amy was truly unmatched. Typically this whole process of renting can be quite the headache, or even down right terrible, and Amy made it easy and seamless! She is EXTREMELY communicative and responsive, and followed through with things way faster than I ever would have expected her to! I truly couldn't have been more impressed with Amy from the Tampa area office. Please do not pass on acknowledging her for her hard work, she has absolutely earned it!

Horrible This is the worst company I ever rented from. They went up on rent by 500 in 2 years. Customer Service is none, I leave messages for a return call but no response. They add on extra fees you can't use state utilities. They add all in one thats too much. Don't rent from them

My husband and I had been tirelessly… My husband and I had been tirelessly looking for a house to rent, we needed to move out ASAP, we fell in love with a property through their website we applied for it the same night and got approved 2 days later! The application was so easy. I had a million questions and Amy has been an absolute angel answering all of them, no matter how many times I call her she’s super sweet does not make me feel like a pest like other companies do. The house was really clean and in great condition. Thank you Darwin Homes team!
