Slow customer responxe to not have complete reports I only got the criminal report. It was frustrating waiting all that time for a response. I called the corporate number and got no response from that person. I could have lost the prospective tenant. Response time way too slow. First time user. Finally gotvthe credit report after person had to fill out everything again.
