Perhaps it doesn't work in my area Perhaps it doesn't work in my area, but they sat on my listing for so long that it was rented and occupied by the time the rentberry listing went live. Then I ended up deleting my entire account because I couldn't find a way to deactivate the listing. I'm being generous with 3 stars, but it was a complete waste of my time.

Good for landlords It took me not more than 3 minutes to get a full background check on my renter. A report had all the info I needed, good value for money! Plus, I appreciate that it's free for property managers, so you don't have to collect an application fee from apartment seekers to run a screening.

I did not have a good experience I did not have a good experience. I did not get any screening report after my tenant paid for it and no response when they tried contacting the customer support. I tried the chat option and was waiting all day and nobody responded. Only one of my tenants tried this and because of this failure I asked the other tenant to not do RentBerry anymore.
