GBEasy house sale Sold my house via Adam at Saint and he provided an excellent personalised service. He was very professional from the start and his communication by phone and email was exceptionally good. When I asked for help with a couple of small problems he communicated with the buyers and sorted things out very quickly. He definitely helped the sale to progress quicker than if it was left to the solicitors.

GBUnresponsive and poor communication I’ve been seeing some good reviews for Saints but it sure isn’t for me. I’m a tenant who have just moved in. The settling down process has been painfully slow and communication has been really poor. Up till now, the inventory still isn’t complete. It always has been me who had to chase them for everything. Whenever I tried ringing the office, they will take a message and never get back to me. Or when I’m told I will get a reply or call on the day, I never do. The whole process becomes repetitive and it puts me in an awkward position where I have to constantly ring them. When something seems to be planned, it is always verbal, no email confirmation to make it official. What makes it even worse is it doesn’t happen and I have no way of backing it up what they promised. Overall, my experience so far is really poor considering how much time and effort I’ve put in chasing them but gotten nowhere. I’m open to any discussions or explanations from Saints so feel free to drop me a line.

GBDifficult to work with Had a boiler breakdown - left without heating (but still had hot water) for months. This was not a massive issue since it was the warmer months, but the problem persisted til Winter, when we lost hot water too. When the hot water was lost, it took Saints about two week to fix the issue, and we were left to cover the extra £150 electricity bill for heating and and hot water. In January, we asked for compensation for this. It is June now, and every email is left unanswered, every call is "we will call you back" - but don't. They are incredibly difficult to work with, if you can avoid, then do.
