So disappointing!! So disappointing!!! Definitely do not recommend. For $1,700 a night, the condo is extremely old and run down, hot water only worked in half the unit, dishes in cabinet were dirty upon arrival, heat only worked occasionally in unit, appliances were cheap and some broken. They advertise a shuttle service, but it’s 2 shuttles that service 40+ units so it’s very difficult to schedule. I will say drivers are exceptional! Contacted company, iTrip, and while they appear to be attentive and such, not one thing was fixed during our stay. Really a pretty lousy experience all around.

iTrip Park City canceled our reservation iTrip Park City did not honor our reservation with them. They canceled it less than two weeks before the trip. No apologies, no alternative offered, no compensation. Nothing. Now we are stuck trying to find something last minute. We will not use them ever again.

Stayed in a property in Beaverton and… Stayed in a property in Beaverton and the house was full of ants. Contacted the rental company and they refused to move us and instead did a "treatment" that made no difference and they knew would not have an affect for another 3 weeks. Would constantly wake up covered in ant's and several of us ended up with rashes. The only resolution was to offer a discount on a future booking which was woefully inadequate as we would never stay at one of their properties again after our experience. Definitely stay away

Do not use itrip! Believe the reviews! We read them but decided to risk it anyway which was a poor choice. Company just about making money not about your well-being or reputation. Other agencies in these times are understanding and flexible. Despite contacting the company due to poor weather and asking for in part refund or even credit towards future booking they would rather we travel in -18 storm warnings with young children. Don’t book with these guys.

I used itrip for 3 weeks in South… I used itrip for 3 weeks in South Africa, Jhb and I had a driver by the name of Wonga. Very professional, insightful, informative and interesting conversations. Would recommend him at any given time for any trip
