Anna Maria Island Florida - no response from iTrip Anna Maria Island Florida. Tried to reserve a condo on their site. Site told me that "online reservations were not available for this property". I called iTrip. No answer. Left a VM. The next day I sent them an email. No response from either for a couple days. We have moved on to another condo/rental management firm. If they can't respond to a question like that, I am concerned that they would not respond if we manage to rent a place from them and have issues. Do not recommend using iTrip for Anna Maria Island rentals.

Beware of iTrip hidden in VRBO or AirBNB bookings Completely untrustworthy. I reserved and put down a deposit on a property in November. Two months later, iTrip informed me the property was "no longer available" without further explanation. To accommodate them, we agreed on another property for the same dates. Then, two months later, was informed iTrip would not honor those dates. Their "reason" was that I had not "fully confirmed" the second substitute option they provided. When you have over $1400 in my deposit, and send me a text message confirming the substitute rental, that rental is confirmed. The "fix" they offered was for me to consider a third property. Nope. Be careful when using VRBO or AirBNB that they aren't funneling you to iTrip. They're the worst.

iTrip Park City canceled our reservation iTrip Park City did not honor our reservation with them. They canceled it less than two weeks before the trip. No apologies, no alternative offered, no compensation. Nothing. Now we are stuck trying to find something last minute. We will not use them ever again.

Amazing "Change of Attitude" We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation! The huge cabin was everything we hoped it would be! Plenty of space! Even though it states to bring favorite cooking pots & pans, extra paper goods.......there was plenty of everything supplied to us. Everything was in great working order (hot tub, dishwasher, jacuzzi....) and super clean! Everyone loved the game room with the pool table and air hockey, especially the teenagers! The maintenance property manager came by to help us work the TV and was so very kind. This is a beautiful property snuggled in the Smokies and pet friendly! Very quiet and peaceful! I would highly recommend!

We had to cancel our reservations We had to cancel our reservations, 8 plus months before vacationing in Palm Desert, due to health issues. Their representative stated that we’d get a refund MINUS $350 for their booking fee. What sort of company does such heinous things to customers? Avoid making any arrangements with ITrip. They are your worst nightmare!!!
