The Speaker Lab is Living Up to Its Claims! I am in the middle of my journey through The Speaker Lab. Thus far I have found everyone to be enthusiastic, very helpful and encouraging. The website is easy enough to navigate. The lessons are clear and mostly informative. Some of the early lessons were not useful to me as I am not a beginner and I already know my topic and audience. However, other lessons hit the spot! One of the most valuable aspects of this program is getting to know other speakers, and connecting with those in my industry. Great connections! Just taking the step to join upleveled my mindset and I got 2 paid speaking opportunities out-of-the-blue within a month of joining, without barely even trying! I'm looking forward to what I can accomplish once I have all the tools and resources under my belt.

Great Process, Method and Resources I was most impressed that The Speaker Lab pulled together a solid process and method that is useful for anyone from novice speakers to seasoned speakers. Having been a speaker for more than two decades, it was great to get coaching on everything from how to create an outline for a talk to creating a list of credible leads to tips for handling the business of speaking. I am confident that I have all of the tools that I need to build and maintain a profitable speaking business.

I completed the program last year and… I completed the program last year and while I didn’t get my first paid gig that month or even the next, it has been happening consistently since. I’ve even booked reoccurring training sessions. So stick to it. Don’t get discouraged. You got this! Your hard work and the time you put into improving your craft and business will be worth it!

Does it really work? Absolutely. The Speaker Lab has given me the framework to create both the content needed and the business model for my speaking business. How, you may ask. For me, it was the great content of the program, the experience and expertise of the coaches, and most importantly, the community of fellow students. Does it really work ... Absolutely (but you have to be willing to do the work.)
