Worth taking the risk of trying it out My husband and I attended the initial training, the three day seminar, and now upgraded to the Advanced training. They have worked with our individual goals. Their team checked in with us and assisted us throughout the initial process while assuring us of ongoing support. When we purchase our first lien or deed they will help us review our decision in order to avoid unforeseen obstacles. At this point we have learned a great deal and feel they are trustworthy. I'm excited to see how our investments will go. I hope to share this with my children one day so they can learn to build and invest at a much earlier age than myself.

Good experience and a recommendation It was a great introductory lecture. It gives you enough information on what the premise is and why it is worth getting on board. The lecturer kept the attention of the class, gave a lot of examples and included personal stories which is always helpful.

You can tell they just “get it.” My Coach Karl Benson is fantastic. To be able to pick his brain weekly and discuss what I want to is invaluable. His patience and willingness to share his own experiences and resources is far more than I expected. I had the privilege of speaking with Derek as well and it’s the same story. This company, these people - are over qualified to help you reach your dreams and goals, and their attitudes make you feel just as valuable as they are. Top notch. I got this one right!

I like that the cost of weekend workshops was talked about in the beginning of the introductory workshop, rather than waiting till the end, and pretending everything was free. I am sure the actual workshops have tons of great information, considering the two hours were filled with good stuff. Even if one does nothing with this information, knowledge in different fields is usually a plus.

Likely out of business and my money down the drain I paid for the additional coaching and access to hand picked liens by an advisor. Everything started well the first couple times, but it seems like they may now be out of business. I've emailed my previous rep and the support email multiple times and have not received a response. Their phone number is never answered and calls are never returned. Very disappointing to pay so much money and they drop off the face of the earth. My assumption is they are out of business.
