My experience with this company has… My experience with this company has been brilliant. From signing up to take the online exam, to phone calls to ask questions and check on progress, all the staff have been really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I had an issue at the beginning of my process however one quick phone call and everything was sorted out for me straight away. The staff have been very polite and have been really nice to speak with.

Straight forward and quick I found the experience pretty straight forward. I asked some questions via the Live Chat and the chap was very helpful, even rang to follow up and make sure I had received the course material. Pretty easy to book the exam and then got the results back. All in all from receiving the link to getting my test result was less than 48 hours. Now just waiting my certificate. My only feedback would be that the website could be clearer as to how it works. Would recommend.

Really well thought out course Really well thought out course, it's great that you can look at the course and learn prior to the exam. Taking the mock exams several times gives you the confidence to take the actual online exam. The exam is well thought out. I can't comment on the speed of certificate delivery and been told it will be with me in 5 days, I hope it does.
