The postage said it would arrive by… The postage said it would arrive by 11:00 AM but did not arrive until 3:30 PM. I don't know if it was the fault of the company or fed. ex. Upon seeing what had happened to the shipment rental tools immediately started to resolve this problem. They reimbersed me for some of the cost of the postage. I did not ask them to do this. They just wanted my experience to be a good experience. I would definely use them again.
