GBI purchased a Nemo drill and it arrived… I purchased a Nemo drill and it arrived within 2 days which was awesome. I also ordered a set of brushes for the drill that did not arrive. I called customer service (someone picked up right away without pushing 20 button) and spoke with a guy that apologized and had them expedited to me right away. No drama, no dragging their heels and made me feel valued. My experience was pleasant which is unusual these days.

CAPerfect experience for shipping to Canada Perfect. Ordered four subsalve underwater lift bags for my boat lift, for shipment to Atlantic Canada, via FEDEX and was flawless and earlier than promised; always like it when a company under promises and over delivers. Certainly better than the other way around....looking forward to using them to remove my boat lift in October, but the bags look super strong and durable.
