Had a great experience with this company The product arrived on time, fully functional. I made a mistake with my order on the website - somehow the smoke cartridges were not included. It was probably a mistake on my end since I didn't see them on the invoice either. I tried calling, but it was a holiday weekend when I got it. They did call back the following Monday, and I appreciate the effort. There was another issue with shipping. After I removed the old label, attached new one and sent it off, the machine arrived back at my house a few days later! I called it in, and RTO was able to get me a new label and update my order so I wasn't charged the additional days. Well done, folks!

Easy Fast Rental I was skeptical about Rental Tools Online since the name seems a bit sketchy/generic. However, it went great! Highly recommend to anyone. Tool was shipped quickly, email communications were clear, and return was simple. Just be respectful and clean the tools, and you should have a good experience!

The postage said it would arrive by… The postage said it would arrive by 11:00 AM but did not arrive until 3:30 PM. I don't know if it was the fault of the company or fed. ex. Upon seeing what had happened to the shipment rental tools immediately started to resolve this problem. They reimbersed me for some of the cost of the postage. I did not ask them to do this. They just wanted my experience to be a good experience. I would definely use them again.

I purchased a Nemo drill and it arrived… I purchased a Nemo drill and it arrived within 2 days which was awesome. I also ordered a set of brushes for the drill that did not arrive. I called customer service (someone picked up right away without pushing 20 button) and spoke with a guy that apologized and had them expedited to me right away. No drama, no dragging their heels and made me feel valued. My experience was pleasant which is unusual these days.
