Wonderful Local Carpet & Flooring Dealer I was able to get a good price on Karastan carpet during the "Grand Opening" sale at the new store location, which was a nice perk. The salesman I worked with was knowledgeable and helpful with carpet suggestions. He scheduled a convenient day to stop by to measure the room and allowed me to take several carpet samples home to make my final selection. Once my carpet was ordered, it came in rather quickly. The carpet installers arrived on the scheduled day and were courteous and efficient. They cleaned up all the mess & hauled away the old carpet. I would highly recommend Carpet One/Floor Decor.

I'm happy with the end results, but... I'm happy with the end results. The floors are beautiful. However the communications between the sales rep and I were an issue. I had to call repeatedly to get the initial quote, find out what the down payment would be, find out when the flooring would be ordered, find out when the install would be scheduled, how long it would take, what to expect, etc. While the installer did a great job and was not unpleasant, I felt a little uncomfortable with him because he kept asking me what I considered too personal of questions, such as: "What time did you get home last night?" or "Where are you going, don't you think you should spend more time at home?" I didn't feel that my activity or whereabouts were his concern. But the floors look great and I am happy with them.

Highly recommended When shopping Erin explained the different options that were available and made some money saving suggestions. Purchased a high quality product at a very reasonable cost. (Price included installation and disposal.) The installers were GREAT!! The crew arrived on time. Took out the old carpet and padding. Installed the new carpet and padding. They also removed and discarded the old material. Cleaned up when finished. THE CREW DID A FANTASTIC JOB. I was very pleased with the results. Highly recommend them.

Responsiveness Poor Everything went great in the beginning with the estimate and ordering materials, etc. but then I couldn't get a hold of my sales person Dan. As it got closer to the date I was told materials would be delivered I called to confirm and express a few concerns/ask a couple questions. I left two voice nails and sent two emails with no response. Luckily the delivery man called before he came. I expressed to him my inability to get a hold of Dan. I asked if he could just have the installer call me after all he was going to be doing the work. He must have said something when he returned to the store because suddenly I received a call. The installer did a great job and I guess that's all that matters. Once the job was done no one checked in to make sure it was done or to ask if everything was ok. The next day I figured I would go into the store and pay my balance. I mentioned to the young woman that something wasn't done that was supposed to be. She wrote a message for Dan to call me - once again he never did.

Top notch service Top notch service. They have a great variety of flooring options and samples to look through. They were patient as we weighed our choices and educational. Installers were courteous and professional, leaving zero mess behind. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend giving them your business ! We purchased carpet as well as luxury vinyl plank, including installation.
