The people we dealt with through the … The people we dealt with through the process were nothing but helpful and friendly. We are very satifisfied and happy with the quality of the work and product installed in our home. The communicaiton of how long and how invasive the process of installation was unsatisfactory. Many of the cleaning and closing tasks of the overall project lagged too long and poor communications about these challenges are the reason for not providing a five star rating.

I'm happy with the end results, but... I'm happy with the end results. The floors are beautiful. However the communications between the sales rep and I were an issue. I had to call repeatedly to get the initial quote, find out what the down payment would be, find out when the flooring would be ordered, find out when the install would be scheduled, how long it would take, what to expect, etc. While the installer did a great job and was not unpleasant, I felt a little uncomfortable with him because he kept asking me what I considered too personal of questions, such as: "What time did you get home last night?" or "Where are you going, don't you think you should spend more time at home?" I didn't feel that my activity or whereabouts were his concern. But the floors look great and I am happy with them.

Excellent installation and service. We were just about ready to order carpet when we took in water in our house and had to delay the order. But, when we were ready a month later, we got scheduled right away and the installers worked very hard moving furniture, laying the carpeting and finishing on time. It looks great!!! Minor problem (mine) is that we lost the sale by ordering later. Didn't even think about it at the time as we were dealing with flooding issues.

Dan came out and measured up what we… Dan came out and measured up what we were doing and within an couple days Amanda sent over my proposals. We chose them because of their detailed proposal. We have 3 projects going on with them and they are working with us on an timely manner when we are ready. The first project was our master bedroom and delivered on time. I would recommend them to other people. From the first home visit to install date was very professional.

Floor Decor has been our go to for many … Floor Decor has been our go to for many years. They have replaced all of our carpet and all of our floor tile. They tiled the new back splash in our kitchen and most recently did our master bathroom shower. Floor Decor not only has high quality products at an affordable price but the staff is wonderful from the owner Dan to the floor room staff Amanda & Erin, who are very knowledgeable and helpful and CJ our most recent tile installer is so amazing and meticulous. He did such a beautiful job. I highly recommend them!
