We would use them again. We would use them again. They carpeted seven rooms, a hallway and two sets of stars in one day. There was a delay for the date of install which was not communicated to us, we had to call. There was some difficulty reaching salesmen. Installers did a good job cleaning up after themselves in the house but did not clean up the garage very well.

Wonderful Local Carpet & Flooring Dealer I was able to get a good price on Karastan carpet during the "Grand Opening" sale at the new store location, which was a nice perk. The salesman I worked with was knowledgeable and helpful with carpet suggestions. He scheduled a convenient day to stop by to measure the room and allowed me to take several carpet samples home to make my final selection. Once my carpet was ordered, it came in rather quickly. The carpet installers arrived on the scheduled day and were courteous and efficient. They cleaned up all the mess & hauled away the old carpet. I would highly recommend Carpet One/Floor Decor.

This our second purchase This our second purchase from Floor Decor. Both experiences were top notch. Dan is wonderful as is the staff we had dealings with. Even through a couple of changes on our part, which required Dan to come to our house to take a second measurement, we were treated with kindness and respect. The flooring choices are numerous and of high quality. Stop in - you won’t be disappointed!

Floor Decor has been our go to for many … Floor Decor has been our go to for many years. They have replaced all of our carpet and all of our floor tile. They tiled the new back splash in our kitchen and most recently did our master bathroom shower. Floor Decor not only has high quality products at an affordable price but the staff is wonderful from the owner Dan to the floor room staff Amanda & Erin, who are very knowledgeable and helpful and CJ our most recent tile installer is so amazing and meticulous. He did such a beautiful job. I highly recommend them!
