CAThinkGeek just don't care Paid $20 in UPS brokerage fee for an order worth less than $40. Only after paying the ransom I found out the more expensive shipping option would've actually been cheaper overall. Due to their own incompetence, the only one who really benefits between the customer and ThinkGeek is UPS. Contacted them to express displeasure and they couldn't care less. As others have said and I also found out - do not order from ThinkGeek if you're outside United States.

CAI love the variety of items available through this website - highly recommended! I've been a customer of Thinkgeek.com for several years, and have always enjoyed searching their website for the unique items it offers. Their customer service is excellent, and everything I've purchased from them has been delivered either before, or, exactly when they said it would be. If you haven't checked out their website, you should, it is fantastic!

GBI've never had a bad experience, have ordered from them 5+ times I've ordered from ThinkGeek a few times. The sale prices are great and the products are quality. I've only ever had 1 issue with an order where one of the items wasn't in the package even though it was listed on the packing slip. I e-mailed their customer service and it took about 3 days for them to respond (during Christmas rush, so I wasn't surprised by the delay) and was sent the missing item with free 2-day shipping and given a $5 giftcard. The gift made it in time for Christmas and I couldn't have asked for better customer service!
