Is it normal that they ask for your… Is it normal that they ask for your credit card information via email? Is it possible their emails system could get hacked? Just want to make sure it’s safe. Up to this point it seems legit I am just making sure I didn’t just make a mistake

One of the worst company to deal with One of the worst company to deal with, the shipment came from Lahore Pakistan and they claimed to be in USA. All boxes were badly damaged and misprinted with glue spots, Lamination was peeling off and fingerprints and scratches all over the surface, i asked for return the same day and never heard from them. They stop picking up my calls i left too many voice notes and emails but no response yet. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as they send you one of the worst product ever.

Luxury Packaging for Masterpiece I had an amazing experience working with CBH. I needed a rigid box for my new collection so i reached to them and i was delighted with their professional behavior. I shared all the details regarding the type of box i needed. They asked me a a few question about the type finishes and style of the box. The whole process remain smooth. The end result i got exceeded my expectation. I was incredibly satisfied with their services and will definitely be working with CBH in the future!

Very fast Very fast, quick response. My first order, I had boxes ordered and ready for production within minutes. In the past, I've only ordered online. I wasn't able to ask questions. I ordered through the online chat, I was able to ask all the questions I wanted and gain much more insight into box ordering. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

THE WORST COMPANY EVER THE WORST COMPANY EVER. I ordered boxes in Oct. 2019 4 simple designs. It took 3 months to receive the boxes. Once they arrived, I found out that they were incorrect. Jeff, their employee told me "we missed a step in production" I requested a refund at that point in return they told me that they'll honor a refund if I paid to ship the useless boxes back. Instead, I gave them another try. We're In April now and I still haven't received a single box from them and they refuse to refund me. I have dealt with 6 people over the past 6 months and every time someone leaves their company i need to explain the whole scenario again! DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
