Yet Another Great Tree Classics Tree In Our Home! We just received our 3rd Tree Classics tree, having had two over the past 8-9 years. We've never had any issues with any of them, and don't expect to this time. It's beautiful, with a narrower shape than in the past, due to changing space requirements on our end. As always, it is easy and quick to assemble, and storing it in our Tree Classics storage bag is a snap! Thanks so much for all you do to keep our home "traditional" at Christmas time!

Never Received Tree But Have Been Billed Ordered a tree Sunday, shipment tracking says delivered to my office last night at 4:04pm, there were 3 of us here but no package. Then FedEx Tracking says out for delivery today. FedEx cant find it. I call Tree Classics and explain what is going on after being on hold for 10-minutes they come back on and say that their system Flagged the order as potentially fraudulent and had FedEx return the tree?? They said if I wanted the order I would have to go back in using a different credit card or paypal. I looked online and my CC has already been billed. The only fraud is Tree Classics!! Then their manager hung-up on me when I expressed by dissatisfaction with their bad service.

My school ASB purchased a tree and … My school ASB purchased a tree and arrived damaged on 12/5 when we opened the box. This was unfortunate because it was for our school event. I tried calling twice - was on hold for 40 minutes each time. I then emailed with the picture of the damage. and received an automatic response saying my request was sent to a case support. Two days later without a response, I emailed again and then was sent another email saying I should call during off peak hours. without any mention of when that was- It also stated that any warranty info was to be handled only by phone. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING. MY STUDENTS FUND-RAISED TO BUY THIS TREE AND IT COMES DAMAGED FOR THE EVENT WE PLANNED?? SO FAR YOUR COMPANY IS NOT A FAVORITE.

Poor Quality & Customer Service Buyer beware! I purchased a pre-lit 9 foot Fraser Fir from Tree Classics last year. Brand new out of the box, a strand of lights on the tree didn't work. They sent a replacement tree but now this year another strand of lights isn't working and they claim the replacement section is out of stock until next Fall (2020) and they will not offer any other solutions for this year! Strongly recommend that you look elsewhere for your Chistmas tree needs, Tree Classics quality and Customer Service are very poor.

Total light failure on a 9' Fraser Fir Fall 2019 I purchased a 9' Fraser Fir with the color changing LED lights for the 2019 Christmas season. It worked properly when delivered. When put up for Christmas, the lights on the tree worked for about 6 hours, then died entirely. I notified the company which immediately identified the problem as a "bad transformer". After three phone calls, the company finally says it will not ship a replacement transformer until July 2020, about 9 months after purchase. Put another way, I must wait 7 months to even test to see if it is really a transformer problem. So far, Tree Classics has declined to toll the warranty. After writing to the CEO, Tree Classics has sent an email apologizing but indicating they may not be able to provide any relief until October or November 2020, about a year after the purchase. Which means I will not even be able to see if they are responding until then. Will they even still be in business in November?
