GBgreat looking tree for years to come I love my new tree! It looks just like on the picture; it came promptly and the lights worked. If you are super-particular about your tree, you may want to choose the next more expensive version in which all needles look real. My model has two kinds of needles: the realistic ones and the standard ones on inside branches located close to the trunk. I just bent them away from the edge to make them less prominent and saved hundreds of dollars.

GBUpdate from 5 days ago Update from 5 days ago. Two more strands of lights have gone out since the last review! Simply unbelievable! Best to find another company with better customer service!!

GBTotal light failure on a 9' Fraser Fir Fall 2019 I purchased a 9' Fraser Fir with the color changing LED lights for the 2019 Christmas season. It worked properly when delivered. When put up for Christmas, the lights on the tree worked for about 6 hours, then died entirely. I notified the company which immediately identified the problem as a "bad transformer". After three phone calls, the company finally says it will not ship a replacement transformer until July 2020, about 9 months after purchase. Put another way, I must wait 7 months to even test to see if it is really a transformer problem. So far, Tree Classics has declined to toll the warranty. After writing to the CEO, Tree Classics has sent an email apologizing but indicating they may not be able to provide any relief until October or November 2020, about a year after the purchase. Which means I will not even be able to see if they are responding until then. Will they even still be in business in November?

GBExtremely disappointed I am extremely disappointed with this company. We've only had our tree for two years and during our holiday season we watched just about every strand get super bright and extemely hot and then blow. We called customer service and not only did they not care about the hazard of the over heated lights, we were out of the two year window for the light warranty, which, considering you only take the tree out once a year, is a bit flimsy. I've also been getting the run around to speak with a manager, who is conveniently never there when I call. I will never do business with this company again and do not recommend it.

GBMy school ASB purchased a tree and … My school ASB purchased a tree and arrived damaged on 12/5 when we opened the box. This was unfortunate because it was for our school event. I tried calling twice - was on hold for 40 minutes each time. I then emailed with the picture of the damage. and received an automatic response saying my request was sent to a case support. Two days later without a response, I emailed again and then was sent another email saying I should call during off peak hours. without any mention of when that was- It also stated that any warranty info was to be handled only by phone. THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING. MY STUDENTS FUND-RAISED TO BUY THIS TREE AND IT COMES DAMAGED FOR THE EVENT WE PLANNED?? SO FAR YOUR COMPANY IS NOT A FAVORITE.
