I have made four calls to Data Master… I have made four calls to Data Master about a problem in the past year, and each time I explain that I never get a return call, I am told YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY HERE BACK FROM ME (whoever answers the call) TODAY But I never do, and the problem still exists. Rental data does not all transfer like it used to !!!

Using DataMaster speeds up data… Using DataMaster speeds up data integration to the appraisal report and completes the 1004MC quickly which allows me to do more work. I'm spoiled after using DataMaster for the last couple of years and will continue to utilize it for every report I write. I do and have recommended DataMaster to peers and they all enjoy it as well. Very good software.

The product works and that's key The product works and that's key. My issue is the cost, for what I pay, regression analysis should be included. There are similar programs that are cheaper that now integrate better than before. My key issue that has held me from switching is that I'm waiting to see if Data Master will offer some regression tools to this wonderful program.

Datamaster was the perfect product for… Datamaster was the perfect product for me. WAS. They rolled out a new platform and the new platform is awful. It is an awkward interface. It makes numerous errors like entering "BusyRd" for a comparable that is in the middle of a platted subdivision. That is just an example. There are many more. The old platform was simple and accurate. The new platform is a failure. Awkward interface, inflexible and makes many mistakes. I am going to try Spark or Anow software. If you are using the original DataMaster platform I envy you. But beware, the new platform will be coming for you soon. Signed, computer savvy guy

Data Master is great, but... Data Master is great, but...! The key is, it saves you time and helps to create accuracy. The only issue I've had is the 1004MC. The good news is that at some point it won't be required by lenders, but I do NOT want to see it disappear in Data Master as it's valuable for determining some adjustments like time and differences in neighborhood values (Location adjustments). Depending on the settings, it can give conflicting results in the "listing" results when compared with other 1004MC programs like ARMLS.
